Our Story
We the Botha family, Louis, René and two sons Frans and Etienne reside on a 8.7 hectare small holding on the Bronberg Mountain, East of Pretoria in the Gauteng Province, Republic of South Africa.
End 1998 we bought our first Boerboel female, she impressed us in such a way that we started our breeding kennels end of 1999, called Mighty boerboele. Since then with much effort and patience our kennels can compete with the best in the World. We are very passionate about our dogs and try to breed top quality dogs with very good temperaments. We are proud about the quality of our dogs being bred at our kennels. By just looking at the photos you can get an indication on the quality of our kennels and dogs. We are still learning about these special dogs everyday.
Although we try our very best to breed only quality dogs, we cannot foresee that defects can happen. Therefore a guarantee is given with every puppy or large dog sold against the above defects worse than the South African Boerboel Breeders Association standards.
In the case of a dog being replaced, (according terms and conditions) only the dog will be replaced and all other costs will be for the buyer of the dog. We strive to better our Boerboel dogs by selecting top quality dogs and not to exceed 24 dogs including young dogs.
The Boerboel dog is a very good family dog which is very intelligent, lovable, brave hearted, has good temperaments and protective to their family members.
